Open Merge PDF, Compress PDF, or OCR while online so application code and any optional language assets can load.
Do not take our word for it. Watch the network.
Run a live Network-panel check and an offline challenge. The application may download code, fonts, ads, analytics, WebAssembly, or OCR language assets, but supported local jobs should not send your PDF file body to YourPDFJob.

Use evidence for documents you cannot casually upload
This verification is useful before processing tax records, contracts, bank statements, identity documents, medical paperwork, or confidential client files.
Open Developer Tools
In Chrome or Edge, press F12, choose Network, preserve the log if desired, then clear existing requests before selecting a test PDF.
Run and inspect
Complete the PDF job. Assets, analytics, and ads may appear; a supported local job should not show a request containing your selected PDF body.
Try the offline challenge
Disconnect Wi-Fi after required assets are ready, then repeat the core job. Cache availability varies, so a missing uncached asset is not evidence of an upload.
A supported job can process the PDF body locally
The Network panel lets you confirm what leaves the browser during that session. A successful offline run provides an additional practical check that the processing engine is on the device.
Be precise about the privacy boundary
- Developer Tools shows browser traffic, not unrelated software on the device.
- OCR language files must be loaded before an offline test.
- HTML-to-PDF and optional local Office helpers have different network behavior.
- Analytics can record tool events, but should not contain PDF filenames, text, or file bodies.
Analytics measures the job, not the document.
We may record anonymous events such as which tool started or completed. We do not intentionally send the PDF filename, extracted document text, or PDF contents to analytics.
