文件如何處理 / Document processing
檔案型 PDF 工具在你的瀏覽器內處理文件；本站不會上傳、保存或閱讀你的 PDF。只有你主動使用「公開網址轉 PDF」時，系統才會取得該公開網頁的 HTML；PDF 本身仍在瀏覽器建立。
File-based PDF tools process documents in your browser. The site does not upload, retain, or read your PDFs. Only the optional public-URL-to-PDF mode retrieves the public webpage HTML you request; the PDF is still created in your browser.
我們記錄什麼 / Reliability data
為維持可靠度，本站會記錄頁面路徑、載入時間、裝置記憶體級距，以及經過截短與去除網址、Email 的錯誤摘要。監控不包含 PDF 內容、檔名、表單文字或下載成品。
Reliability monitoring records the page path, load duration, device-memory tier, and shortened error summaries with URLs and email addresses removed. It does not include PDF content, filenames, form text, or downloaded output.
瀏覽器儲存與意見表單 / Local storage and feedback
語言偏好保存在你的瀏覽器。若你主動送出使用意見，姓名、Email、評分與訊息會寄送給網站管理者以便回覆；請勿在意見內容中附上機密文件。
Your language preference stays in your browser. Feedback you submit is emailed to the site administrator for follow-up. Do not include confidential document material in feedback.
使用目的與保存 / Purpose and retention
聯絡資料只用於閱讀、處理及回覆你主動提交的意見；可靠度資料只用於診斷與改善服務。我們只在完成這些目的或履行法律義務所需期間保存資料，之後會刪除或去識別化。請勿提交身分證號、付款資料、醫療資料或文件內容。
Contact details are used only to review, handle, and respond to feedback you choose to submit; reliability data is used only to diagnose and improve the service. We retain data only as long as needed for those purposes or legal obligations, then delete or de-identify it. Do not submit government identifiers, payment data, medical data, or document contents.

Operational logs follow the hosting platform’s retention policy. Social sharing and feedback delivery operate under their respective policies, only when you choose to use the relevant feature.
